renovated. Rewired, re-plumbed, and all new HVAC systems

to heat or cool only those floors you are using.
The house
is all-electric; there is no natural gas service in
Moulton, but a propane tank is on site.
The
all-new plumbing system is PVC for cold water and drain
lines, CPVC for hot water lines. PVC & CPVC are both
long lasting and easy to repair. All three baths in the
main house have whirlpool tubs. There are a total of 5
water heaters, 1 for the one bedroom apartment, and 4 for the

also all new and is presently rented for $375 per month.
A new
2-stall garage has been built. It is insulated and air
conditioned for use as a workshop. The garage has 80 sq.
ft of overhead storage, and 200 sq. ft. of shelf space.
The
exterior walls on the main house are 2x6 and are filled
with R-19 rock wool insulation. The kitchen/dining room
area is 2x4 and siding wall construction. This area is
insulated with blown in insulation and fiberglass batts.
The attic bedrooms and 1 bedroom apartment are insulated with
fiberglass batts including floors. All floors and
ceilings throughout the house are insulated.
A new
concrete driveway, and new brick walkway, as well as
extensive landscaping completes the outside of this
beautiful home.
